Zalmy Kudan, MHDS alumnus, is engaged to Shterna Loschak
of S. Barbara, California. Zalmy is presently working at Youth Group

Mazal Tov to Reb Leibel and Elisheva Morrison on the
birth of a baby boy, Aharon Meir. The Bris was at Congregation Beth Tephilah,
Troy NY. |

Faygie Bomzer Wedding |
Mazal Tov to the Bomzer Family on the wedding of their
daughter (MHDS alumnus) to Jay Hellman of Milwaukee. The wedding was at
Cong. Beth Abraham-Jacob in Albany on Sunday 2/15, and a Sheva Brachos was
held there on the following Shabbos. |

from California, is engaged to Mendy Goldstein of Crown Heights NY. |

Yaakov Morgenbesser, student of Maimonides through High
School, is engaged to Racheli Jakubovics of Flatbush. A Vurt (Engagement
Party is planned for Sunday, 2/29/04 in Flatbush, and Lag B'Omer Wedding is
planned. |

Etti's daughter! |
MHDS alumnus Etti (Rosenblum) and Yechezkel Stern had a
baby girl named Rina Breindel. Mazal Tov to (grand)parents Sandy & Dina Rosenblum, and to
Uncle and Aunt Chananya and (our Nursery Teacher) Sara Rosenblum. They now
live in Israel, where Yechezkel is studying. |

Morah Shimonah's Daughter |
A few years back Morah Shimonah (Stacey Wolinetz) was an
assistant teacher in our Nursery School. She is now married to Fred Lotwin
(both UAlbany and Shabbos House alumni) and now gave birth to a baby girl named
Rachel Chaya.
They live now in Kew Garden Hills in Queens NY. |

daughter, named Tehillah. Mazal Tov to grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Yisrael

Steve and Ethel Silverstein had a baby grandson, to Michael Silverstein,
named Gedalia (for Steve's father). They reside in Israel, and we wish them
the very best! |

Kudan Sheva Brachos |
Many in the community as well as out-of-town guests joined to celebrate a
festive Sheva Brachos for Zalmy and Shterna Kudan at Ohav Shalom's Social
Hall. It was a beautiful celebration and an exciting opportunity to
celebrate with the Chassan and Kallah. |

Rabbi Moshe and Debi Berger (and their son Yerachmiel) on the passing of
his father, Mr. Irving Berger. Mr. Berger joined our minyan on several
occasions and had a lively sense of humor. |
